When as a customer, I receive outstanding service, I feel it should be recognized. About a month ago I approached the entry to Wood Essence to check on having a drawer built for my desk top. I hesitated going in because of the signs, "By Appointment Only" and "Authorized Personnel Only" but at that time a very polite young lady came out and assured me that it was ok for me to enter. I was referred to James Abram who was very courteous and helpful, especially since I did not have a big order. He gave me time and suggestions and also installed the drawer in my home on schedule, I might add. Yes, that is how business should work but not all people are like James. He is truly an asset to your company.
